This was my second move in so many years, in the same building. Nicole did my original estimate and it was very handy to get placed back with her for this move. Very efficient! She had all my original details so she didn't need to come back out (super convenient). I wanted more service this time so I paid for an extra person. BEST decision I've made this Year! John called me to arrange the day-of details and we had a chat about who was showing up. He's great. John, Stephen, Neil and Mike did the move and they were FANTASTIC (can I give six stars??). I asked if they could move the closet shelf/rack down b/c I"m short and it I could barely reach the hangers. After about 15 minutes of taking things apart, he realized that it was designed/installed poorly and couldn't be moved. SO appreciated the time to figure that out. Also, I have an enormous, super whiz-bang instant pot that was too tall and wide to fit into any kitchen cabinets. One of the guys figured out that it could fit in the kitchen pantry storage (new to this apt) if he moved the shelving, which required him to remove the door…which he did. Seriously above and beyond. I like being able to put things away and he helped me maintain my sense of feng shui. Hopefully my next move will be into a house. You KNOW I'm calling you for that. Your movers were extraordinarily professional. Only concern was we had to remind them to pull up their masks to fully cover nose and mouth. Dallas and team were very organized and helpful and Chris especially with our desk challenges. Thanks!!

Very polite and let us know when they were taking a break. Spent time shrink wrapping everything and not rushing to get done. I would recommend them to anyone moving local or nationwide.

Crew was friendly, efficient and careful. They're a great example of why someone would use professional movers with a reputable company like Hansen Bros. My salesperson, Dave A. was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

This was my second move with you guys. The first was fabulous and this second move 2 years later was too. This present move was over 2 days. Josh R. and Amadou K. worked each day and Bob M. and Corey S. each took a different day. They all worked well together, and very fast and efficiently, They seemed to enjoy what they were doing and working with each other. They were extremely professional and friendly towards me and accommodated whatever I asked. they worked out a couple small old furniture issues my furniture had that wasn't anything to do with them but they quick fixed it up anyway to make it even better than before. That was above and beyond expectations –so kudos to these guys! I was extremely thankful the office folks were able to make a very short notice change to the dates for my move and everything worked out so well. Thank you to everyone! really great work.
