The crew did a great job and were very helpful and willing to do what we needed. Since we did our own unpacking it would have been helpful if they boxes were better labeled.

Dallas, Stephan, Brian, Mike, and AJ were all amazing. They made the move seamless and easy and worked incredibly fast and efficiently. I would go with Hansen Bros. for any future moves and would recommend them as well.

One crew member did not cover nose with mask since it fogged his glasses and cut down visibility. Suggest providing masks that reduce/minimize this problem.

They were great. I didn't worry at all, Even the egg shell my mom gave me didn't crack at all. It couldn't have been a better move.

I just want to commend Josh and his crew for being particularly professional, helpful, positive, focused, hardworking, careful with our belongings, giving the necessary good attention to detail as well as to the overall picture. Great communication skills. Whole crew was pleasant to have around and all worked so well together. Josh’s experience and good people skills are to be particularly praised. He and Sam worked like a well-oiled machine. Well done!

I was very satisfied with the movers. I lightened the load by removing bureau drawers so they were able to quickly get furniture into the truck and moved to the new location.

The entire crew both days, Kyle B., Jordan B., Simeon W., Brian M., and Ace Y., were very professional. It was hot both days and they didn't complain at all. They wore their masks as much as possible and didn't complain. The communication from the leads was good too. Overall, I am happy with the service and the total price came in under the virtual quote which was awesome. The only issue I had was I had to call the day before to confirm the move. I think a text or an automated call at least two days prior to confirm would have been best. It shouldn't be up to the customer to call.

The crew worked very hard and showed a lot of concern about putting things where I wanted them. They were very careful with our things, and very polite.
