I moved twice and used the storage services. My entire experience was superb. Everyone I talked to was helpful and courteous. Both moving crews were fantastic. On time and efficient!

Nicole was friendly and efficient and helped me to plan in advance. She also responded to emails quickly and offered good suggestions. Our crew of Nathan, Art, Ross and Donald were terrific. They were careful with our things, while working quickly and efficiently. They were also very patient and were happy to move furniture at the move in sight as we changed our mind about where things should go. They were all fun to work with and easy to have in our home. We especially appreciate Hansen Bros. fitting us in on rather short notice. Thank you!

I am very impressed by the caliber of of your movers. They were BEYOND EXCELLENT. Andrew, the head person was obviously very experienced & so thoughtful. Stefan & Dennis were also terrific. Brad was the 1st moving and storage professional we spoke with who actually was willing to come to our home to view our belongings and the challenging parking area around our condo. He educated us, provided a contract quickly once we decided, and gave us a date. We asked for an earlier date if they had a cancellation, and it worked-we met with Brad on Tues and were able to move that Fri! George called exactly when Brad said he would, and Art, Ross, Ronald, Adam, and William were awesome! They were punctual, extremely careful with our furniture and belongings, asking questions and wrapping everything in blankets or shrink-wrap, depending on fragility, They were fast, focused and professional, answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable trusting them with everything. We would definitely request their services again, and are pleased to recommend them to others.

Everybody moved like a well drilled military unit. They all knew their job, did fast and didn't wast time. Thank you!

Crew was more than prompt; even a little early. Very personable. Very friendly, courteous, professional, efficient. Seemed to work very well together. Nothing was damaged. They completed our job in great time. Will, who took our order was very helpful. We were able to get the job done on pretty short notice. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Very courteous and professional, and careful. My only criticism was that they were very slow. It took about twice the time I expected.

I would say that the overall experience was very positive. Special bright spots are given to our driver Bill Chambers and Paula Seward. Bill went above and beyond communicating with us during our move to ensure all of our wishes were met. In addition, Paula did a great job prepping us and getting us squared away for the move. Unfortunately, I still have not been contacted by the 3rd party that was supposed to uncrate our glass table top as I was told.

Excellent service to my elderly Uncle! It helped that his new apartment had similar layout, but the crew made his new apartment look almost identical to the old one, down to details like putting his stacks of paperwork in the same position on his table after the move. Thanks a million for your loving respect for my Uncle, it greatly reduced his stress of the move!
