Thank you for all of your help!

Many thanks to Dave. We truly appreciate our moving team - Zach, Daniel, Jourdan, Kevin and Sonny. They were the best - from packing all of our things, loading the truck and the final move to Wenatchee. Pleasant, professional guys. We could not have had a better job. They were very efficient and completed the work in a timely manner.

Kenny, John and Robert were friendly, clean, courteous. Everything was well-packed and we appreciated their professionalism every step of the way. Your experience with the downtown buildings is a big plus. We used Hansen Bros for a previous move, and it was also excellent. Thanks!!

Dallas, John, and Kevin were all so great. They kept their fantastic attitude the entire time, after carrying lots of heavy items and working for hours. I really appreciate how kind and helpful they were. I had worked with Dallas and John on the first half of my move and was happy to see them return for the second half on 10/21. Kevin joined them and was just as nice, helpful, and courteous. You already know I think Dallas and John are great, but I would like to add that Kevin is great too: so thoughtful and courteous and eager to help me out with an extra hand throughout the day with such a nice attitude. Kudos to Hansen Bros for having such great employees. Also want to thank Bruce and Pete for being so responsive to my needs during a pretty stressful time of many changes in my life. Thanks to all of you! I will recommend you to all my friends.

Alex, Jacob & Ben were efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to have around for the half day of packing. So glad we chose to have Hansen Bros. do the packing.

There were a few small glitches but overall very satisfactory job; I'm happy to recommend Hansen Bros. to anyone.

The Crew; Arsen, Jourdan, John Fodelich Worked well together as a team. They were compatible with each other and with us, very efficient. They know what they are doing, and would be good instructors for new hires. Great job and we thank them.

When moving a very large sofa out the front door, they caught the interior back on the screen door closure and tore a 2-inch, L-shaped spot in the fabric. The damage can be easily fixed and I plan to give the sofa to someone who will, no doubt, reupholster it, so there is no problem. It was an easy accident to have happen. The men were apologetic and very helpful and I felt badly for them, but these things happen during moving and often, can't be helped. They were trying to do the best job possible. I was pleased with your work and would call again, for sure. Many thanks!

I was impressed by the equipment used to care for my furniture and the polite attitude of the young men. The weather was bad so the schedule was delayed. However, I was kept informed and understood.
