I have been consistently impressed with the quality and professionalism of each and every person I've had the pleasure to work with from Hansen Bros. This was my first time using a moving company, if I need to again I will definitely call Hansen Bros.

Dallas, Kevin, and Chris were exceptional. On packing day they each took an area and were done before you knew it. Everything was wrapped securely and all breakables protected. On moving day again they were proficient and quick, putting everything where I wanted it. No complaints whatsoever. Wouldn't hesitate to use your company again, but hopefully I won't need to. Will certainly recommend you to anyone I know who has a move coming up.

Brad was very flexible and helpful with our quote assessment and scheduling. He made sure the right day, crew, and meeting place were set in motion as soon as we finished our first meeting. Willie was a high speed professional who knows how to lead his crew. We were very well synchronized about spaces, the schedule, and how to time all the moving parts with the crew. He showed experience in the industry, kept a positive drive for the team (including myself), and ALWAYS kept in communication about the day's developments. He also has a knack for efficient and safe truck loading. His role as the crew leader was critical in keeping both logistics efficient and morale high. Daniel may be the "rookie" of the crew but he had ZERO struggle in handling the heavy materials, being proactive, or staying flexible with the plan. He's the quiet professional who gets the job done. I hope Hansen Bros. recognizes his ability and potential to help him stay in and develop in the industry. Enrique's positive attitude and hard work have helped to make my moving day smooth, pleasant, and pretty fun! He has a great sense of humor and is in tune with his team's direction.

The crew was great. They were professional, careful, and efficient. What more could you ask for?

My moving crew, consisting of John, Robert, and Sonny, performed in a laudable fashion, and should be personally commended by Hansen Bros. management. I write this as a veteran of many moves, both domestic and international, and rank this Hansen Bros. move as the best I have undertaken. The move-out was a complex one, given the architectural design of the building, but John organized the team and each person worked long and hard in getting our furniture out of the building. Fortunately, the move-in portion was less demanding, but the team still gave its all, despite the long hours they had already worked. John made useful suggestions regarding placement of furniture, and was extremely helpful in that regard. I saw less of Robert and Sonny as they were handling the out-of-apartment portion, but the teamwork that they exhibited showed how intensely they all worked for the common good. I specifically ask that you bring my comments to the attention of John, Robert, and Sonny, and I take great delight in knowing of the presence of Hansen Bros. should another move be in my future.

Dallas and Jordan were great. We were all impressed by how friendly, professional and caring they were. Our overall experience was wonderful. The move was done quickly and efficiently and so smoothly! We highly recommend Hansen's!

The crew had a very difficult passage to maneuver in order to get belongings in my new home where they needed to be. They did great!

BEST MOVE EVER! On a scale of 1-10...... this was an 880!!!!! Honest, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable....could not have worked with better people; constantly monitored the shipping process and mine; addressed every concern I had immediately and completely. I received much more than I ever expected. I love these guys and highly recommend them.
