Our whole experience was wonderful. The original moving crew back in November was very professional & wrapped our items. The storage was easy with monthly payments on my card. Then scheduling the furniture to deliver back was again without issue. I called weeks in advanced - got the day I needed & the crew showed up & was very cautious with our newly renovated main floor - carrying the furniture in not to bang into the painted wall or scratch the floors. It was a wonderful experience.

I thought the moving crew was excellent, efficient, and very easy talk to. I would certainly recommend them to other potential clients.

The guys were very nice and very courteous. They made the move much easier for us.

Willie and Chris worked very hard to get the move done as quickly as possible. They were working so hard that I felt guilty for not pitching in to help. There was a traffic delay in the morning and a mixup w/ the number of people on the move but in both instances, I was given a phone call to alert me to the changed situation.

Live in the neighborhood and saw your office so we called for our small job. Work was done very expeditiously and professionally by your crew.

I was very impressed with the skill, efficiency and care of the three-man crew (John, Deion and Arsen). Their communication with me and with each other made my five-hour move an easy and successful process. Hansen Bros. is fortunate to have these three employees and as a result of the attitude and professionalism they demonstrated I will not hesitate to use your services again and definitely will refer others needing to relocate to Hansen Bros.
