Everything went perfectly. The crew were really helpful and considerate. All my things were moved carefully and the whole experience saved me a bunch of time. I had energy to start putting my place together instead of needing to recover from moving!

Today was packing day. Tony, Jonathan, and Charles arrived on time, carefully parked their truck, introduced themselves, and got to work. They worked hard, were careful, friendly, and cheerful. It was a thoroughly professional operation. Tony took the lead on the paperwork and did an outstanding job walking me through it.

A professional, well-coordinated team, from initial phone contact to estimator and the movers made the move the least stressful I have ever had - highly recommended!

I would give 10 stars if I could - these guys were GREAT. I move a lot and they are the best team that I have worked with. From the pre-move planning and communications to the day-of move: where my movers were fast, wicked efficient and friendly! And their prices are super reasonable! Hansen Bros. was fantastic with our move! Their local crew were amazing and protected our items and property perfectly. They were efficient and punctual as well. We needed to move a hot tub also and with proper coordination in advance, they easily got it on the truck for a cross-country move. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Darian & Adam were great! They were pleasant, efficient, and were mindful of taking care of the furniture during the move. Thank you!

Outstanding from start to finish. Riley handled the pre-move estimating, admin work, box acquisition and scheduling really well. He was courteous and professional, efficient and informative. Lots of attention for our small job. Chris, Andres, and Jonathan comprised the crew, and they showed up early. They were friendly, courteous and very efficient. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail and handled heavy items without a hitch. Great job, guys. I am a repeat customer and look forward to working with you for our next move.

This was the 4th time Hansen Bros. has moved our baby grand piano, and 3x they have moved us to new locations. I have always reached out to Will at your Lynnwood location to set up our moves. He used to work at your Newcastle location! He has always done us right and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. He set us up again for our final move and we were once again very pleased!

I also want to say a big thank you to the following guys who worked so hard to physically move us. Andrew (driver and in charge of the crew), Jorge, Carlos, and Steve who helped load from our storage space in Newcastle! Those guys were friendly, helpful, did an awesome job moving everything around, and patient with me when I had to move a few things to a different room! Great manners! Professional and had smiles on their faces. Like they were having fun!

It’s a welcome change today and I so appreciated what they accomplished for us that day! They all deserve some sort of recognition! I fed them lunch and a tip! Thank you again for moving us once more! Great team there.
