We have moved many, many times through the years. And have always used national carriers for the moves. This is the first time we have used a local carrier, and were extremely pleased with the whole process. Spencer at the warehouse was always very pleasant and helpful when we were requesting boxes for our move. And the moving crew, lead by DJ was one of the best we have ever had. DJ in particular was very professional and helpful.We are hopeful that we can have him lead our moving crew when our things are moved from storage to our new home in Sept. All of the crew members were great, Ted, Brad, Dalton, and Roger. You have great employees! We are very happy with the move so far. Thank you!

The whole process of working with Hansen seemed much more personable than other moving services. Having someone come and look at all that I had, and provide an accurate quote was very helpful while other just wanted my name and a time. The movers that showed up were kind, understanding, and very professional. I don't know why I waited until this move to hire movers, and will always use Hansen in the future.

We are splitting our possessions between an apartment and longer term storage while our new home is being built. It was helpful to have information about how the process would work, and where we could save money by investing our own time in packing. We loved being able to use some previously loved boxes - very eco friendly! My only suggestion is that someone call early in the week of the move date to confirm all the details of our appointment.

The 3 men I had worked their tails off, and did an amazing organized job of moving house to house. My highest recommendations, they were awesome!!!

Everything went great. I notice after they left that the platform bed is in backwards so they came back out to rotate it.

Some of our belongings were put in storage at my new apartment at University House Issaquah. Better identification of what was in each box would have been appreciated.

Rick & Ty were awesome in moving the furniture from upstairs to the basement - extremely careful.

Movers Antonio and Jacob worked safely with my possessions and their backs. They were respectful, actively listened to me, engaging, prompt, quick and so kind. I was dreading moving, but they made it easy and pleasant. I will use them again!
