I live in Newcastle so I try to do business with local businesses so that they will succeed. I was extremely satisfied with Hanson Bros and when I need any kind of moving help I will call them again. Thank you for treating me as if you were packing me to move miles away when in fact I just needed help moving things around at home. Once again, thank you.

I managed to arrange the whole move via email. The guys were on time, they were fast, they didn't beat up my cheap IKEA furniture. It was great! A friend suggested I get hold of you guys and I've already suggested you to a coworker who's moving in a few months.

Everyone was on time, very friendly and professional, and appropriately careful. We have a couple of minor comments; We found 2 moved items that to us seemed obvious should have stayed at the old house - a lazy Susan made of the kitchen counter material, and a built-in, slide-out cutting board that was removed from a slot in the cabinet. At least we should have been consulted about whether they should be packed. The good thing is, we are close enough to take those items back to the new owners.The labeling of the kitchen boxes could have been more specific - e.g., dishes, glasses, vases rather than "glassware" or "fragile. We wanted to unpack dishes and glasses first, and had to search a number of boxes to locate them. Overall, thank you for smooth move!

We really felt in good hands with Hansen Bros. Everything went smoothly and under budget! We heard of Hansen Bros. through a card left with the concierge at our former building. I'm glad we asked her.

The crew arrived right on time this morning and introduced themselves. Willie the team leader and Michael and Jonathon were all very professional and did a awesome job. They were careful with all of my things, I could not have asked for a nicer grew. I'm very satisfied the job that they did. I would recommend Hansen Bros.
