There were some "administrative" problems with the move (2 crucial phone numbers were incorrect as was the destination address). But the move itself went very well. The crew doing the actual move was outstanding.

Our packing crew, (Andrew, Kevin & Brian), were great, as were our loading and moving crew, (Brian, Ryan and Brenden). Both teams knew how to deal with the loading dock, elevators, etc., etc, at The Bravern, which was a big help!

This was our second move with Hansen Bros., and we have been exceedingly pleased both times. Every employee we dealt with was professional and personable. I just wanted to pass on my thanks for looking after my stuff for so long. I am absolutely delighted with the service - everything arrived in perfect condition, which I think is awesome after nearly 5 years in storage and a 5,000+ mile trip by ship!
