The only frustration was that we were charged for the time that they were stuck in traffic (before they got to the apartment to start the job). They should have checked the traffic repot and planned accordingly. Paula was great! She brought coffee and doughnuts, helped pack, and coordinated the job. The movers were very friendly and courteous.

We will always use Hansen Bros. and have recommended you to others. Our first move with you was in 1996. We're very happy with the way you got us to Anacortes and into our temporary home prior to moving us to our hew house when construction is completed next spring. Thanks to DJ and his colleague last Friday, and to your crew who loaded us out of our Sammamish home.

This was the "second" half of our move to a new home. Our household goods were stored at Hanson's storage facility for two months. Last Monday, our things were brought out of storage and delivered to our new house. We had the same driver (DJ) and two different crew members. The "move in" went very well. Everyone was extremely cautious with our things and they took exceptional precautions to not damage our new home (trim, floors and light fixtures) which we really appreciated. I was equally impressed with the "second half" of our move as I was the "move out" of our previous home. The crew worked exceptionally fast, but in such a way that everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We had two things missing (3 wood shelf dividers and a step stool), but I'm sure they will be located and returned to us. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with Hansen Bros. and will certainly recommend their services to anyone we know that might be moving.

This is the third time I've been moved professionally, and the best experience I've had yet. (You shouldn't preen your feathers too much from this comparison, though - you're competing against a company that, for example, managed to scatter important papers including savings bonds, off the I-405/SR520 interchange.) I was thrilled that there was no breakage! First time ever! I moved my grandmother's china that she got at her wedding, and it has a lot of sentimental value for me. I was worried, as I have had smashed plates from a move in the past. Some of the success is that I wrapped it carefully, but the rest is due to your employees' work. Keith, Allen, and Attah were great. I appreciated their good humor. They seemed to work really well specifically *as a team* to get the job done.

The two movers who came out were friendly, courteous and constantly worked. They did an outstanding job and I highly commend you for hiring such professionals. I will be doing another move in about 6 months and intend to call you back for the move based on this experience.

We must stress how professional and personable and effective both DJ and Ata were. They were polite, very good workers, absolutely delightful. They made the move day a very pleasant chore. This totally exceeded our expectations. We feel fortunate to have been assigned this team of movers. They represent your company well. I would keep them around if I were you!
