I would have liked more planning assistance from Bruce. Originally the estimate was based on 3 movers but only 2 arrived. I asked Darin if he could get me another person and boxes for the all my pictures. Darin and his team were awesome! He could have used another container but that because Bruce and I were not more efficient with our inventory. All in all my report to Angie's List will be nothing but praise and an A rating.

We couldn't have been MORE pleased with our moving experience with Hansen Bros! We had a full pack last Wednesday and a move on Thursday, and both days were low stress, efficient, timely, and smooth. All of the men we met were hardworking, professional, polite, and friendly. My one year old daughter made moving day stressful, but the actual move itself was a breeze! I never thought that would be the case, but the crew for packing and moving both made it look easy. When thinking about how stressful moving is for a family, my husband and I were both reflecting on how wonderful Hansen Bros. made our day. We were surprised to have come away with the experience feeling so positive about a day that we thought we'd have so much dread! On top of it all, the total fee was significantly underestimate! Our most sincere thank you, and our strongest recommendation.

I was thoroughly impressed by the entire process working with your company. Gordon, the salesperson I dealt with, did an excellent job of answering questions and following up with all the information I needed. He made it a very easy decision to give your company my business. And the three movers were each outstanding. I was really impressed with how hard they worked and how professional they were. I could not have been happier with the work you guys have done. Thank you.

The only reason for a "good" on the question on professional handling was the need to pay more attention to the flooring. On the pick up site the use of dollies on the carpets left black marks on the carpets. On the unloading site the mat was damp leaving smudge marks on the floor. The actual moving of furniture, packing of truck, and unloading was A+.

One of the crew members originally scheduled for this job apparently didn't show up for work. So someone else had to be called in at the last minute. That was the reason I indicated above that they didn't show up on schedule. However, I was contacted twice to be alerted to the delay and I really appreciated that. The crew members who handled my move were Art and Raymond and they were wonderful.

Corey and Charlie were great! We want them to come back to help us finish up our packing/storage.

Great team with a "can do" attitude. Whatever you need we'll make it happen.

I want to commend Rick, Chase, Antonio, and Bryan for their exceptional work ethic, positive attitudes, and overall outstanding performance. They were "fun" to work. They asked questions when they had them; they worked very well as a team, and their overall performance spoke very well for Hansen Bros. Moving and for them as industrious young men. That is not always easy to find nowadays. You are lucky to have them as employees. They do you proud!!!

I was impressed that they finished early and the cost was less than the bid.

The crew was very helpful and friendly.
