Both Ray and Daren worked as a strong team, and together they busted their behinds to make the move happen quickly. I was/am VERY pleased with my over all experience, and with Ray and Daren in particular, AWEsome job. I hope I dont have to move again, but if I do I will be calling Hansen Bros. again.

All of the moving crew staff were very friendly and cooperative.

It would have been helpful to get the confirmation/arrival time telephone call sooner than the day before, but was not a huge issue.

Overall I was happy with the services I got. My initial quote was low compared to the in-house quote which was more money but still good. The move was still done fast than was estimated which was good. Crew was great and respectful. Enjoyed the process and made my move much easier.

The crew was very helpful, friendly, and courteous, however there were a few things that didn't get done. There were a couple of kitchen drawers and a cabinet that were missed so I ended up packing them myself, as well as there was a piece of art glass that was broken. Also due to space limitation in the truck I was asked to transport the 2 TVs to the destination which was no problem at all, however they were just placed in the car with a bit of padded paper in between to keep them from hitting each other, rather than a more secure padding/packaging which we were told would happen by the salesperson. I'm appreciative, however, that they were able to utilize as many of the boxes as they could that I already owned so as to limit the packaging costs. I'm also appreciate that, at the last minute, they were able to make an additional stop to deliver the washer/dryer to a different location - their schedule flexibility was extremely helpful.

I just wanted to let you know that your moving crew was really great throughout our entire move.. This was a very stressful time for us and they came in with such helpful and positive attitudes that it really helped us keep sane. They all really worked hard to assure everything got done in time. Thank you very much for coordinating this team and making life easier for us. I would definitely refer you to other people if the opportunity arises.

Zach and Brian did an extraordinary job: No damaged furniture, No scratched floors or walls. They were very polite, accommodating and professional. Amazing Job!!!
