Earlier this year we had a previous move using Hansen which I would judge to be from average to good. This move was definitely an extremely positive experience. Brian and Will arrived on time, surveyed the move, and efficiently completed the transfer in under two hours. I was so impressed with their character and integrity that I neglected to do a planned post-delivery checklist to account for all boxes. There is no reluctance on my part to recommend Hansen Bros.

Everything about the move was great. Bruce made sure I had an estimator asap because we had to move within days of the sale of our house. Then, the estimator (Dave) made a special trip to estimate and lock in a move date, which was exceptional. Lastly, I can't say enough great things about the moving crew. Zach, Jarrod and Nolan were on-time, fast, careful and courteous. Thanks again for taking a lot of the stress out of our move.

Art, Raymond and Dave were awesome! Hard working guys, even in 80 degree heat. Did an estimated two-day move in less than 8 hours! Bravo!

JR was a friend of my dad at Edmonds Landing. I thought he was a really great guy. He is the reason for using Hansen Bros.

Art and Lee were very friendly and professional. I was a little apprehensive about hiring someone to move my things, but now I would recommend those guys to all my friends.

Everyone at the office for both the moving truck and storage boxes was very helpful, friendly, flexible, and responsive. Our overall experience was very positive and we are thankful that it all went so smoothly. Thanks!!

My wife and I thought Jeff was fantastic. He was always friendly and helpful, very responsive to our requests for info, and always followed up on his promises to get back to us. Great asset to your company. Your packing and moving crew were very friendly and did a great job as well. Would definitely call you when we move in 12 months or so.

The salesman Brad showed up 2 1/2 hours late and then didn't get us a quote for two days. There was no response after signing to confirm our move date. The moving crew Eric, Tony, and Will were great! They were all courteous, friendly and hard workers. We almost went with another company after our experience with Brad, but I'm so glad we went with Hansen Bros. because the crew was so amazing.

Hope to get the same crew when we move in a couple months.
