I was pleased by most of the work. Packers did an okay job. Sales staff was good, but did not explain that adquate insurance coverage was not part of the estimate. That was disappointing.

I had used your company before and your sister company for packing items before putting my house on the market and moving items to mini storage. This was a total of 3 times and all the experience was reassuring.

Was referred by the building manager here at the Post, both of the movers were great guys.

We can't all be Mother Teresa, Gandhi, or Dr. Martin Luther King. There must be a better option for the top choice)

Very hardworking crew (Yovanni, Eric and Jessie). Courteous, respectful and positive.

Everyone associated with our move was personable, professional, and trustworthy. The truck crew moved us out of our old place in a blizzard, and into our new location during a driving rain storm - yet the team of three - led by Darren - took it all in stride, conveying and demonstrating confidence in getting the job done and overcoming any obstacle. Hansen Brothers = THE BEST!

Arson and Irvin, our movers, did an excellent job. Very efficient and respectful.

We were extremely pleased with how efficient and careful and fast Sean and Brian were. You have good employees.

The only glitch was that no one told me I needed to have rope on hand for tying down the stuff in the Penske truck I rented from another location. Fortunately, there was a hardware store 4 blocks away so I could walk up there to get some rope. I did not have a car whereas all I had was the truck. My car had alread been sent to my new destination. If there had been no hardware store nearby, I don't know what I would have done. I recommend that you have a list of what customers need (e.g. rope, moving blankets etc.) when you are loading a truck they rented.
