The crew led by Jose were prompt, thorough and were extremely careful with all our belongings. This could not have been a better experience and we will highly recommend Hansen Bros. Kudos to the Team!!!!!

I figure I've moved five times as an adult, and this one was the best. The Hansen Bros crew not only packed, they unpacked and put everything away where it belongs. When they left there were no boxes to empty and get rid of. Clothes were in the right drawers of my dresser; dishes and food were in kitchen drawers and cupboards. The kitchen layout is different here, but the Hansen crew put everything in a convenient and appropriate place. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jose S. & Claudio G. helped me move, they did an awesome job. They even finished sooner than expected, will definitely be using you guys for future moves!

Only quibble was that the quote wasn't thorough enough which led to a supplemental quote and extra expenses. The actual service was performed really well though.

The crew was polite and went over and above expectations. They were hard workers and very personable. The saleswoman, Paula, was extremely helpful, too.

The movers were fast and courteous. They seemed to be having a good time with lots of laughter and good cheer, which was pleasant to watch. We somehow missed moving the contents of the furnace room. I showed it to the movers once, but we ALL forgot about it. They did two complete walk throughs with my wife and me before the end of the move to check that everything was moved, so it's definitely MY fault that I forgot about that room. And one small knob on a piece of furniture broke, but that's not a major issue. Overall, I thought the move went quickly and smoothly.
