I called for moving services in a bit of a panic. My mother had passed away suddenly on June 21. I was told I must vacate her room in the Skilled Nursing section of Emerald Heights in Redmond in 48 hours. I remembered the good service when we used your company to move some of her furniture to my home in California 5 years ago. The young lady who answered my call was able to comfort me and arrange a move for the next day. Thank you for sll your help!

So far its been a very good experience.

I moved back to the Bellevue area one year ago. During that move I watched the two guys pack up my items and move them from S. Cal to the Bellevue area and unload them. They had to load/move all items using the same elevators that your crew used. Not one item moved by the Cal crew was damaged and they were very careful about taking care of the carpet. Your crew was to arrive between 12-3pm. Arrived at 4pm. The job was to move eight items (bed, mattress, sofa, chair, two amoires, mirror, foot stool. They were both nice but one was only on the job 2 days and he was responsible for placing the items except the sofa on the elevator and moving into my apartment.My sofa was damaged on the upper left corner where it is very noticeable.

The crew was sensational! They took great care with our belogings as well as the buildings from which we left and arrived. they were extremely courteous to all the other tenants in our buildings and went out of their way to be sure they were of as little inconvenience to our neighbors as possible. The concierges at both buildings were very pleased with the crew as well. We'll definitely recommend your services to all who ask.

One truck of the crew had a problem finding their way to the parking area of my apartment building, and disappeared for what seemed like a long time, but they were very pleasant to work with, and got the work done very quickly and without any fuss. I have moved with you before and you did the work exactly as I expected, which is to say, entirely satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to someone seeking a mover. You do what you say you will do, on time, on budget, and without problems. Your crews are very good to work with, both this time and my previous move.

Overall, I was satisfied with the move experience, but improvements are needed in; Price negotiations, Inventory process, Final walkthrough after packing.

Bruce Crabtree was my original/ongoing contact, and he was very patient, gracious, prompt in his email correspondence and informative. The movers, Cameron and James, were wonderful. The only mishap was when the head of my bedframe was leaned against a door frame and then fell to the ground. There was no real damage to the wooden frame--luckily! I was quite pleased and will use you all in the future, and I am already recommending you to the tenants in my old building (everyone must move, as they are rennovating the premises). THANK YOU!

I was pretty traumatized by a move from LA to Seattle last summer . . with a very shady group of people who didn't seem to care at all about our belongings. A lot of loss and unnecessary breakage.So working with Arsen, Sam, Jake and Jesus was a completely 180-degree different experience. They were great! Patient, helpful, interested and engaged. They worked hard but they made it seem like a privilege to be doing the work.These guys were awesome!Debra
