Everything was just as promised and expected, except the process went quicker and the final bill was less than Hansen initially estimated! (That’s a good thing). Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Out of the entire move only 2 or 3 small pieces of dishware broke (less than $10 value) and that was on us for improper packing. Best move experience we’ve had. Thanks!

Both the pick up and delivery crews were excellent, I enjoyed working with all the Hansen Bro's employees I encountered.

Hansen Bros. did a FANTASTIC job on a recent commercial move that involved a variety of destinations. From the beginning, Mike took great care of us with the quote process. On Moving Day, they arrived early to the job, had a full team who tackled this large job with ease, professionalism, and friendliness. It was amazing how quick they worked and they got the job done flawlessly! We have another move coming up and I will 100% be calling on Hansen Bros. again.

I've been in Seattle for many years and always noticed the Hansen Bros. trucks around town. I was researching retirement centers and was considering Ida Culver Broadview, where my parents went for some time. Through them I watched a webinar about downsizing for seniors and saw Hansen's video, and that influenced me.

Everyone I talked to at Hansen Bros. seemed very genuine and straight forward. I like Nicole, who came to assess my situation. The movers who came were very professional, and I thought they did an extremely good job. They worked very hard, and they stayed until the job was done, which was well into the evening on a very long day. They were Simeon, who was very well spoken and seemed in charge, and Antonio and Blake. They seemed to make a very competent and efficient working team. Thank you and everyone who helped us for the great job you and your employees did for us. It is heartening to see a local family company doing such a stellar job. Thank you to everyone who helped make this colossal move easier for us.
