Movers were very courteous and treated us and our belongings with respect. Overall a great experience.

Your employees are incredible. David and John were kind, understanding and supporting when I had problems with my condo association. Dallas and Brian were extremely careful and gentle with my belongings. Michael who worked with me inside during the packing and unpacking was wonderful; careful with my things and extremely pleasant to work with. I had been dreading the move but your crew made it go smoothly. All those I worked with were professional, competent, diligent and wonderful people to work with.

Hansen Bros. moved us from a fully furnished 4 BR/3B home with plenty of room to maneuver during the move out process to a smaller, much tighter environment for the move-in, with narrow stairs, tight corners and low headroom. These obstacles were no match for the professionalism and skill of the crew who worked as a well organized team. Logistics were an issue as well. We lived on an island which involved a ferry crossing. The crew arrived promptly the morning of the move, made quick work of loading an ample sized truck and were back on the mainland, having us fully unloaded with our furnishings well in place in our new home. We were amazed at their efficiency, not to mention their pleasant demeanor during challenging situations. We would highly recommend Hansen Bros., both for the care they took of our possessions and the overall value of their service. From our initial in-person evaluation and estimate prior to the move to the time the crew finished, the move was beyond our expectations.

I’ve used Hansen Bros. a few times over the years and they were always excellent. I’ve never had any items damaged and the movers are personable and make the day smooth and fun.

Have used the Bros multiple times over the years, and these are the consistent themes that have occurred across all of those experiences: 1) fast and responsive to all communications, 2) consistent/accurate/transparent in costs and always adhering to moving/scheduling timelines, and 3) friendly and helpful ranging across the experiences that happen with the sales team, scheduling team, and the real stars in the crew who muscles the goods.

Jacob was awesome! So good natured. A big sofa did take a chunk of paint off our front door frame, but it's okay. We usually get a call a few minutes before the team gets here so we can move the car out of the way (that was reserving street parking), that would have been helpful.
