The reason I selected Hansen Brothers for my current move is that I used them two years ago and they were excellent. I had the same experience this time: it was easy to schedule, the workers were on time and professional and knew exactly how to move the furniture without any problems. I had no damage and everything was nice and clean when they left. I will continue to use them.

We moved our whole house - Took them two trucks. Everyone was polite and efficient. One glass item got broken during packing that they owned up to. Didn't really care about it so no problem. Everything else was moved with no issue. They set the beds up, moved things where we wanted. One item that got moved has a 100+ year old baby grand piano. We also have over 100 pieces of artwork. No issues or complaints at all. Would use them again and recommend them with no concerns. You will be well taken care of.

Hansen Bros. has done two moves for us. They respond fast, are there on time and get the job done promptly. Taking apart complex beds does not phase them. i will hire them for my next move.

I have moved four times in the past nine years...all successful moves with and because of Hansen Bros. I had not moved for over 25 years, and since Hansen Bros. was nearly my North Seattle neighbor, and was well known by several other neighbors, it seemed the place to start. Immediately Hansen Bros. put me at ease and helped me plan my move. The entire staff was helpful, courteous and professional, and built my confidence in choosing Hansen Bros. Paula, the salesperson, organized the move and provided the estimate. The crew was great. They showed up on time and had my belongings packed and loaded, treating them as though they were their own, and delivering them to my new home exactly as planned. Everything was unloaded, unpacked, and the crew was very generous with their help placing furniture. Bottom line...moving with Hansen Bros. is a five-star experience, not just this time but my other moves as well. It is a pleasure doing business with a local, family-owned business.

Really fantastic and seamless experience! Riley responded to my inquiry quickly, helped me figure out what services I needed, and set us up for success. John contacted me a few times and made himself available to discuss logistics and confirm details ahead of the move. On the day of our move, we had a courteous and professional team. Zach, Lance, and Dallas were prompt, communicative, and efficient. They were incredibly hardworking and navigated our small apartment and elevator, the narrow alley for the truck, and the stairs at my new home— all in the rain. They were competent and worked well together. I don’t plan to move again for a while, but I would trust Hansen Bros. if I did and will be recommending this group to all my friends! Thank you!
