This was a difficult move for me after 33 years in our home. And there was so much to do in a short period of time. One of THE BEST experiences in the entire move process was working the Hansen team. They made all the arrangements with the streets in Tacoma. Planning was impeccable, But the best was the team - after 5 months I think I still remember the team we had: Roland, Uncle Carlos and Joe.

They were careful, thoughtful, asked us our preferences etc. We packed up in the am in Bellevue and had lunch for them in Tacoma and unpacked. They offered to carry even more boxes to their final location. I regret that I did not say yes. We moved into a 4-story townhouse and those guys were troopers and they were nice to us the entire time. I sing their praises. I am sorry it took me so long to write this but it is important to me that you know what a good job was done!

Everyone was fantastic!! Will in dispatch was efficient and so helpful. Paula came out to give us a quote—she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. And the crew on the day was absolutely outstanding—Alfredo, Chris and Victor did an incredible job packing, loading, transporting and placing our belongings. As lead crew, Alfredo was exceptional—efficient and informative with the paperwork and very considerate to our family on what was a very stressful day. Shout out to Chris and Victor for their friendliness and efficiency as well. Thank you, Hansen Bros! Highly recommended!!

The team (Nov 5) was very efficient, worked together very well both loading and unloading and maintained a good sense of humor in spite of stairs and weather. Not an easy job but they did it very well.

Guys did an amazing job. The job was pretty straightforward — just unload the u-haul truck into the house, but they did it exceptionally fast, didn’t damage anything and made sure that everything is placed in the right room. Also they came a little bit early to accommodate my request, so I could return the truck on time. 10/10, would hire again.

This was my third type of move with Hansen Bros, and like the other two, this one was excellent. From the first conversation with a salesperson/manager to the move crew at the end of the move, everyone was professional, helpful, and careful, and that is why I did not bother even looking for an alternative when it was time to find movers for my family. In this move, Dave and John were helpful, patient, and quick to respond to questions and date changes, and Dallas, Chris, Micheal, and Hermon were professional, helpful, and careful with our possessions through the actual move. They even thought to leave a path through to the back of the space that everything was moved into, so we could reach boxes that otherwise would have been buried. I will never look anywhere else if I need to hire movers. Thank you!

I have now used Hansen Bros. twice for long distance moves. I have ready horror stories about long distance moves and both times they helped me with every detail. Just a great service and group of folks.

These guys have a storage box that they haul away and store for you for a few months or whatever. This service is way cheaper than I expected. Thanks for this!
