Movers were amazing! The transition was super smooth and efficient, and movers kept me in the loop at all times. I would use this company again, and recommend to everyone I know!

The crew was very good.. I would have put very good for above ratings marked "good" if that were available. Dallas was the crew leader and he has been leading moves for me before. I was happy to see him as I knew that the job would be well done, and it was. Thanks very much!

I didn’t receive a call the day before my move and was in a bit of panic not knowing what time, etc. I reached out to Paula who quickly had someone reach out to me. Thankful that she answered her phone after everyone had left the office. Movers were great but one didn’t seem to follow direction very well and boxes had to me moved to different rooms. Also he kept putting boxes in rooms with the labels as to what was in them backwards and I am still rotating boxes to unpack. The other two gentlemen were on top of it!

Our crew was amazing. Super helpful, courteous and super strong. We appreciated their help so much. Moving is never fun but our team was friendly and efficient and made the move much easier. I don’t plan to move again for awhile, but I will keep recommending Hansen Bros. and if the time comes I need to move I will call on you all again.

I moved from Seattle to Miami, service was great. Packing crew arrive on time and loaded everything carefully and very fast. While my items were on route, an agent provided updates every few days. All my items arrived perfectly.

We had a great move experience with Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage. To have a full team, starting with Nicole taking what seemed like a quick look about and then writing up a spot on estimate. The HB Move Management team took the stress out of the process of packing and later the unpacking, putting everything away with some finishing touches to make our home welcoming and finished. The movers, headed up by John, arrived on time, wrapped all our furniture, did all the heavy lifting and figured out how to make everything work just right. What really struck me is how well the two teams worked together, had some fun along the way and yet never stopped what they were doing. It was a job well done from start to finish!

I was super impressed with Dave on the recommendations he made to help me save money. In addition, the crew did an amazing job getting everything packed into the garage.

Each time (3 so far) that I have used Hansen Bros., I have been impressed with the employees' courtesy, skill, and efficiency. The office staff and sales personnel were very helpful with arranging the move and completing the signing documents. The moving staff handled my antique furniture with great care and even explained some aspects of my buffet (from the mid 1800s) that I was unaware of!

During COVID last December (2020), the movers were very mindful of the policies that your company has on the website regarding safety. Overall, everyone at Hansen Bros. helps to make moving less stressful. I have recommended your company to many friends and colleagues over the years and will continue to do so in the future. Referred to Hansen Bros. by another moving company who couldn't work with our schedule. I cannot emphasize enough what an amazing job all four staff did yesterday. Good humored, efficient, creative problem-solving AND did everything under the allotted time. They had a tricky driveway and they figured it out. Will definitely schedule service again for two other moves my family will be needing. KUDOS! Moving is stressful and everyone at Hansen Bros. made it easy and removed a lot of my anxiety.
