Pete W. was extraordinarily helpful and most anxious to provide necessary logistical assistance to facilitate my daughter's move (partial contents of residence) on a tight schedule and under personally stressful circumstances for her (and me).

Pete couldn't have been more cooperative and reliable while going above and beyond to arrange everything, including packing, interim storage and ultimately interstate transfer of the household goods. The packing/moving crew of Jordan and Simeon was equally helpful, courteous and efficient.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hansen Bros. in glowing terms to anyone inquiring about retaining their services. I want to add that I am usually relatively shy and reticent about endorsing a business. In this instance, however, I simply can't allow the superior service that all involved at Hansen Brothers delivered to pass without the recognition so deservedly earned.

I found Hansen Bros. after searching for a moving service who would be able to also deal with our big conservatory grand piano. We have just completed the first of a two-part move. From interfacing with the helpful Pete on the phone to getting a bid from the capable, intelligent, and wonderful Paula (who helped us understand some of the basics of moving despite this not being our first rodeo — so many kudos to this jewel of a saleswoman who always answered our calls no matter how trivial our questions) to the crew who came Thursday, HB has been a joy to work with.

Our crew, Antonio, Samuel, Simeon, and Cherri, were punctual, had can-do attitudes, were affable, energetic, and didn't waste a minute's time. Simeon and Cherri were extraordinarily gracious when we had questions and needed to pull them away from whatever they were focused on, never acting like we were a bother. It was lovely to hear laughter and positive attitudes and camaraderie all day while we all worked to complete a relatively arduous task.

Moving is never not stressful, but you have made it far less painful than at any other time in our lives. Our realtor was around for most of the day and will be singing your praises to her clients and friends, as will we.

Efficient, courteous, friendly, and careful when moving all the furniture. They were able to handle some of the very heavy pieces with ease. On time, and finished quickly. We have used Hansen Bros. Moving before and will plan to use them again when needed.
