Crew was late but it was unusual traffic. They were communicative and did a great job.

Everyone I have encountered with Hansen Brothers moving has been wonderful. David A. was very helpful in explaining what we should pack ourselves. Also dropped off boxes the day before the move to help with last minute items. Jonathon, Lance and Simon showed up very on time and called to alert me they had arrived. Also were very helpful, especially when one of them found a paper bag with dirty cleaning rags in it (YUCK!) and gently asked if I wanted it packed. (I declined and tossed the whole bag out!). Every time I have called Hansen Bros. with questions, I have gotten a quick, polite response. So far things have gone very well. Still have my stuff in storage with you, but I think I have found an apartment that I like, and hope to move in before the end of August. Victoria

Hansen Bros. Handled a recent move for us. We were thrilled with the experience. They arrived on time and worked efficiently taking great care with each piece of furniture. Not one scratch after everything was delivered to our new home. All this and at a very reasonable price. They will always be our movers.

All service staff at every step of the way were exceptional! John M. to Nicole B. to Francine C. Movers: Haul out- Jonathan T. ,German C. and Lance D./ Move in: Clarence, John, Dom and Clarence Jr.. These people were professional, down to earth, calm, supportive, reassuring and great overall bright energy. I was well informed of my service timeline from start to finish. They all made my very stressful move completely void of chaos. All of the movers showed such great respect and appreciation for my things and my homes' spaces. The set up of boxes upon delivery was outstanding! Clarence and his crew made it unbelievably easy for me to access my many boxes that I instructed to have majority placed in my small garage on shelves and floor. Each and every one took such incredible great care and attention to reassembly of furniture. I chose to not have one particular item reassembled due to lack of space and I was a bit worried about how I would remember to reassemble myself months down the road. Clarence texted me pictures of assembly so I would remember! I am so grateful for such positivity and professional efficiency from Hansen Bros. since my 1st inquiry call, to job finish and follow up from Francine. The cost was well worth the exceptional service from all 10 people involved with my service! (Also, the weekly moving tip emails from Hansen's were very helpful).

We have seen the Hansen Bros. moving trucks around the area for years! When it came time for us to move, we chose Hansen Bros. We had a piano that needed special care and was delivered to us from WA to UT without a scratch. We were so pleased with the care of the loading crew and the unloading crew. The office staff was especially detailed and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and concerns for this multi-state move. From start to finish, we were pleased with the service and competence. Definitely worth the money and WAY less stressful than a DIY move with a rental truck.

This is our second move with Hansen Bros. and we will always use this company. Jonathan, Tony and German were terrific- personable and professional. The whole experience was great and we highly recommend Hansen Bros. and the team. In addition, we stored items with Hansen for 3 years and that was convenient, and affordable. Special kudos to Nicole - she is a great communicator and very responsive. The supervisor/driver on our move was great- very courteous and considerate. Thank you for the nice people, quality work and great service.
