All went very well…questions were answered by Francine and Ryan, the driver and I appreciated Ryan’s excellent communication about the timing of the delivery in CA. The packers were quick, polite and very efficient, and Ryan was friendly, and very good about working with me on delivery, since it required avoiding garbage trucks and parking on steep hills and a sloped driveway and a house with a lot of steps which meant he had to unload into a smaller truck and hire extra guys to unload into a condo with a lot of stairs. I appreciated his efforts! These guys were amazing and bringing everything in safely. Thanks for smoothing out what could have been a very stressful process.

I recently hired Hansen Bros. to move a safe and a dresser, and I was extremely impressed with their service. Kyle, Victor, and Alfredo demonstrated outstanding professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. They completed the job promptly while handling everything with great care. I want to complement the loading/unloading crews led by Jordan in Seattle and Clarence in Broomfield. My belongings arrived safely and within the delivery window. I will definitely contact Hansen Bros. the next time I need moving services and refer them to others.

Let me share my unbelievable moving story. My interstate move had three distinct parts and I doubted Hansen Bros. on each. In all three cases their service and dependability and customer service were so great that I feel compelled to write this review. Using their company was a GREAT decision.

First I sold my home in the Redmond Washington area. The plan was to put everything in storage until there came to be a suitable place in my new location in California. Designer glass tables were dismantled (would someone know how to put it together on the other side? What if it broke?). Artwork was packed. Hansen Bros. had everything crated in the most professional way possible. For this first leg of my moving journey Brad, my sales rep, was the one who reassured me and held my hand.

Next it all went into storage. Now Francine was to be my contact. Rates were reasonable and I was reassured that although a different Allied mover would eventually do the move interstate, Hansen Bros. would oversee everything. And they did.

Within a month I found a place in California. Francine (and also Adam the general manager) reached out to me and personally reassured me that nothing would happen without their overseeing the move. I scheduled an exact delivery window and my husband was to fly down to meet the movers. What could go wrong? Well nothing did! The movers arrived before my husband and rescheduled to deliver when he was there. Plus the crew that came out were cheerful, competent, and saw the project through. Nothing broken, everything done perfectly.

Wow...totally recommend Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage because in state, storing and out of state moving...they have you covered.

We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about your company from the first contact (thanks, Will) through pick-up, storage and final delivery. The guys who delivered our things yesterday did so in very high heat (100 degrees) and faced with carrying our belongings up two flights of stairs made no complaints, were cheerful and professional throughout. Did a great job. Very pleased! Would not hesitate for a second to use Hansen Bros. again.
