I couldn't of been more pleased at the way my belongings were wrapped and packed in the portabox. Everything was handled with great skill and care. I am so impressed with the lead mover. Last week a team came for an internal move and they did a splendid job with my belongings. Bruce was wonderful arranging all the logistics. Your customer care is outstanding. Now I know why I always see Hansen Bros. trucks in Laurelhurst! One day when I have to move out of this house, I will choose Hansen Bros Moving.

The crew, Antonio, Sam, and Janell McDaniel could not have been cooler. Very friendly and willing to help. One thing did get broken, an overhead light fixture in the second bedroom. I notified the buyers real estate agent and they want $30 to replace it. Hansen Bros. provided the reimbursement. Thanks. I will definitely use Hansen again if I ever move again. Great people and service.

I am very pleased overall. When unpacking the boxes, I realized that even plastic items (i.e. rubbermaide) were rapped intensively in paper. Not needed in that matter from my personal point of view.
