The crew was awesome, worked tirelessly until the job was done. Jeff, the salesman, was extremely responsive at any time of day.

I forgot to go down to the parking garage to bring up my bike to be put into storage on the day of the move and did not discover the omission until about 4 hours later. I did not know what to do as the bike is a rare and expensive Dutch bike. However when I called the office Hansen Brothers contacted one of their truck drivers who drove back out to my West Seattle apartment to pick up the bike. This was the frosting on the cake of extremely good service and I could not be happier with my choice of a Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage.

I would like you to know my movers Brian & Kyle were excellent. They were professional, friendly and HUSTLED. They were mindful of ferry schedules and travel time. They paid attention to the moving furniture in and out of doorways and hallways. These two were the best. I have moved 24 times using various ways of moving. I moved 5 months ago with Company from Mukilteo and choose not to go with them because of the service. Your company did a great job with a small move. Thank you.

Paula was just so on it and knowledgeable, a great resource for some things we wouldn't have thought of doing. Purging was the best idea and we should have done more but Paula sure made it an easy process. Darron and Ross were the only unloaders which seemed odd as there were 4 loaders but Darron was especially courteous and helpful when placing all the boxes. I wasn't at the loading part but Laura said all those guys worked well together and were very professional with eye contact and handshakes. First time for me moving a house a few states over and your crew made it an uncomplicated process, thank you.

Rick, Aaron and Nate were wonderful! They worked so hard, extremely fast and with a smile on their faces the entire time. I would highly recommend them, worth every penny.

The crew was fast, efficient, and careful. I want to thank especially Corey, Antonio, Mark, Billy, and Boubacar --they did all the work in a very organized manner and except for a coffee break, they never stopped working. My house had two long stairways to the street and the crew had to move items from the attic, second floor, first floor, and basement. The crew had to go up and down all the stairways over and over again, but they never stopped or complained. From other peoples' stories, I expected the move would result in delays, confusion, losses, and damage. However, none of these problems occurred! I am grateful to the crew for a fantastic job.

In spite of the rain the two fellows moved everything well covered. Excellent job.

I just got a glowing phone call from my mother. All of you deserve kudos for the care you took with the interstate move for my 90 year old mother and my disabled brother. From the Hansen Bros. (Newcastle) staff who assisted me with packing materials, ( there were several persons here, all were awesome) I will really miss not popping in,,,, you really helped a lot. Brad and Abi with advising me with ways to make the move more affordable for her, this was much appreciated.Then on to Keith and Penny ( our Allied Van Lines drivers), you two were awesome and the crew you hired to help on the front and back end were terrific, too. You guys were great, and I hope I happen to run into you guys sometime to tell you how we all appreciated the care you took with this move.This was a very emotional time for me and your professionalism helped me keep it together. My mom and brother are adjusting to their new home and seem to be happy, thanks to your efforts. I heartily recommend Hansen Bros., Allied Van lines and Keith and Penny for interstate moves.

The crew worked very hard and had to move us on the day of constant sideways rain. In spite of the weather, they were very polite and did not complain. The actual cost was lower than the estimate and we appreciated that.

Our move on was terrific! The crew consisting of Rick, DJ, Mike, Kyle and Boubacar were exceptional! They arrived on time, moved our whole household of furniture in half the time we expected, were courteous and great to work with at all times. Rick kept the crew organized and DJ was very skilled at taking a piece of furniture apart and putting it back together, saving us a great deal of time and work. We will and always have recommended Hansen Bros.!
