You were coordinating move of furniture from a Ballard storage locker to Allied, which was storing the furniture in Florida for delivery at a later date. You did a great job of coordinating will all the different parties!

Our crew, DJ, Mark, and Boubacar were very professional and pleasant. DJ was a great supervisor and the fastest wrapper we'd ever seen. Very organized and took pride in his work.

We needed more packing service than initially estimated. That made moving day very long, because too many things like paintings still had to be packed on moving day.

Hansen Bros. has been great to work with. They guys that moved us back into our house were wonderful. Given that our house was freshly remodeled from top to bottom I was worried about everyone tromping in and out of the house in the mud and rain...but they did a great job of being careful or the house and all of our stuff. Same was true a year ago (on an extremely hot day) when we moved out of the house. Can't say enough good thing about your moving crews.

Your combined HB Move Management and Hansen Bros Moving & Storage Team made an otherwise extremely stressful transition less so. Thank you, your people, and your organization as a whole for a great job and being patient and understanding.

The sales person helped me a lot by keeping in touch via email. He extended much assistance in the packing and the move to be successful. The coordinator called me to advise the procedure. The driver was very courteous and called a day before the arrival to inform of the eta. Great job!
