Our movers, Brendon, Dallas and Josh were very professional and we're great packing items I had last minute. Jeff the sales rep was fantastic, it was so neat how he remembered our pets name the next day. I'm a customer service manager myself and he displayed the service I preach. I lost my mother almost a month ago and I needed to get her things out ASAP. The Hansen Team was on it, you rock!

We worked with Benevia to schedule the movers. They were on time, quick, efficient, friendly and professional. I worked with Rick, Keith and Mo and would gladly hire any of them again in the future.

We worked with Gordon Oxendine who made our furniture move into storage and subsequent delivery out to our new home completely painless. We were on a tight schedule on both ends and he was able to get us onto the calendar quickly. He was very responsive and organized. The whole process from start to finish was great, from the first person who answered the phone to the delivery of our undamaged furniture-thank you!

The crew (Zach, Ryan & others) that moved us was outstanding. They were very professional, worked extremely hard and had endless energy. They went the extra mile in many ways and were willing to assist us in any way possible. If we are ever in the need of movers again we would definitely request the same crew. The only disappointing aspect of the process was that our salesman didn't request the correct size trucks so there was a delay the first morning of the move. The house we moved out of had a very steep driveway and Brad should have known that the large trucks would not be able to drive up it. I want to point out that Zach was quick to solve the problem. He sent one truck back to get a smaller one and parked the other large truck at the base of the driveway and he and his crew carried boxes and furniture all the way down the hill to fill the truck. We felt that was above and beyond and were very impressed.

Very efficient move!

I was very pleased with the salesperson and the professionalism and pleasantness of the movers.

I called Tuesday AM to have heavy furniture pieces moved from my storage unit to my home. By Wednesday afternoon it was done! The team coordinated and found a window of time for the very next day. Care was taken not to damage my heavy awkward pieces. Tim and Tyler were efficient and professional. I have no complaints and would employ them again. Thank you Hansen Bros. for being there like good friend.

Antonio and his crew performed extraordinarily on a demanding move.

The guys were great. Professional, friendly, good attitude. Overall I was very pleased and would use Hansen Bros again. Later in the day I did notice some scrapes and indentations on the treads of our wood stairs and floor which I'm not really happy about, but I have never seen a move without some scraps and dents somewhere. My furniture was moved into my home unharmed so I am overall pleased with the service. Thanks!
