We noticed Hansen Bros. moving via the internet looking up BEST OF WESTERN WASHINGTON. Our Movers were DJ and Brian. Two outstanding men, both were very kind and very helpful. We cannot say enough about their professionalism.

This move was for my 91 yr. old Mother. It went very well. She went to Ida Culver House Broadview and it was handled very well by your crew and in record time.

Our mover did a great job in packing our stuff for a 2400 mile move. Everything arrived in good shape.

We were very pleased with the services of Hansen Bros. Moving and Storage -- from the beginning to the end process of moving our household goods. The estimator (Brian) provided a detailed inventory of our household items and his cost estimate (which he explained thoroughly). Then, we received several confirmation calls before our moving day from the main office (Joseph) which gave us peace of mind about the actual move. On moving day, the crew arrived at our house on time and ready to work right away. Although we have a very steep driveway, the driver (D.J.) was able to park the truck in the most efficient place on the driveway. The crew was outstanding -- always courteous, very cautious with our things and extremely conscientious. The three of them (Rob, Dan and D.J.) worked very well as a team and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would recommend Hansen Bros. to our friends and neighbors without any hesitation. Overall, we were very pleased with our move -- thanks to the team from Hansen Bros. Moving and Storage!

Hansen Bros. was referred to us by University House. Your moving crew went beyond the initially listed duties by moving some large items to my sister's condo next door. They did this was a good attitude and tackled the challenge with enthusiasm. The move into University house was great. Pete kept everyone organized and things ended up in the right place. Kevin was wonderful at placing items exactly (within an inch) of their final resting spots, and adding his own suggestions. Lastly, Nicole was a saint - putting up with our numerous emails and phone calls. Thank you everyone.

Zach, Kenny and Ryan did an amazing job in handling the move. We raved to our realtor about the quality of your employees and how they handled many flights of stairs. They were patient and courteous and willing to go above and beyond in getting items moved and place in the new residence. My Aunt had never moved before and was extremely pleased with how they treated her items. Thank you so much.

Everyone was great and it went very well. The one issue I had was the salesperson wasn't very responsive.

The crew, faced with a VERY difficult move out of our basement, had to pick up a 330 lb Juke Box and carry it up a flight of stairs.. They were awesome! Thank you.
