Jarrod, Hilton, and Jeff were our moving crew. We really appreciated their help, especially since they moved us just next door, but everything had to be moved uphill. They were good natured about it and got right to it. Jarrod in particular did a few extra things (setting up and strengthening a desk, setting up the washer and dryer, and trying to assist us with removing some wood that was in the way). Very much appreciated. Nice work all. Thank you.

We booked Hansen Bros. through Two Brothers Moving from Portland. Our crew was Brian, Pete and Ryan, and they did great work. Next time we move, if we can have those three, it will be Hansen Bros. no doubt. Thanks to Brian, Pete and Ryan for making quick work of a tough task. Great job guys!

Everything went well with the exception of the incredibly heavy recliner sofa which was in the upstairs bonus room. I wish the guys who had moved it in there in the first place had said it would not fit through the doorway in either direction. There was damage, but I already have a contractor scheduled to do some other touch up painting. (My daughter's little dog chewed some millwork). I have already recommended Hansen Bros. to my son. I have used you guys six times now I think. I appreciate the professionalism, can-do attitude and flexibility. I have never had poor customer service and the crews are great. Thank you for always being there during a time that can be stressful and making it easier!

Great experience with the movers - Kenny, Will, and Hilton were hard-working and managed to get a multiple stop move completed in a short window of time, going above and beyond to complete the project ahead of schedule while maintaining their professionalism and sense of humor. My biggest challenge occurred when trying to schedule the move. I submitted for an online quote but never heard back, and only after repeated calls to the office asking to schedule a time to move did I finally hear back from Gordon. I realize my move was a smaller move and it was during peak moving season, but there must be a better way to handle the volume of calls - perhaps more salespeople? Regardless, once scheduled the process went really smoothly. I would recommend Hansen Bros. overall, particularly based on the professionalism of the movers.
