Skyline recommended your company. Beth was my first point of contact and she was very helpful. Some of the printed info I received from Hansen about packing ourselves conflicted with what I was verbally told. Hansen Bros. was to have obtained the permit to park on the street and they did not. Fortunately there was space on Harbor Avenue for the truck. Overall, the day went very well and we thank-you.

Corey/Blake/James did a great job and worked efficiently. They were very polite and kind. We'll ask for them again on our return move. This is our third or fourth move with Hansen Bros. Thank you. :)

Thank you so much for making my move seamless from start to finish. Everything from the physical survey, to loading and unloading went so smoothly and all the employees I encountered were very kind. I especially appreciated that at the end of the move, one of the movers came up to me, shook my hand and said "It was a pleasure working with you." That extra layer of customer service really made my day. THANK YOU!

Everything is great except for a couple of minor complaints, otherwise I would have given you a "5" on overall experience. First of all, your truck is way too big for my stuff. I gave you a very detailed list including all the dimensions. My stuff only took up less than 1/4 of your truck. It made it difficult for the driver to get into my driveway and the alley in Seattle. The driver did an excellent job, but it was a challenging task. Second, your crew left my old house 15+ min before us, and arrived 15+ min after we got to the new place. Overall, the crew took very good care of my stuff and that's the most important thing. So, I would use your service again and recommend you to my friends in the future.

My salesperson Kyle was very courteous and honest. The honesty was much appreciated.

I recently had two moves done - one from a primary residence which was sold to a temporary residence, and this one with Hansen Bros. from the temporary residence to the next permanent residence. Suga, Willie, Art, and Youvani were professional, courteous, quick, and safe throughout the move. Dave was a great salesperson - also professional and quick and very helpful and accurate in his estimating. I will definitely refer you to others.
