The men who packed and moved me out of my flooded condo were extraordinary. They were extremely professional, careful, helpful above what was required. As I was exhausted and spent, their service was especially appreciated. Please thank personally James, Jeff, Kenny, and Eric from your Seattle office. I would use the word "superlative".

I've used Hansen Bros. for every move I have made in the Seattle area. I wanted to let you know that the crew who moved me did a good job. However, at 11:30 a.m. they said they ran out of boxes and didn't offer a great solution beyond 'we'll be back to get more'. They left items in the kitchen (everything else was packed), and they said they would go to lunch and would meet me at the apartment (where I was moving).

Zach and Jeff were excellent!! Moving in general is stressful and Hansen Bros. made things stress free! I have moved more than 5 times(twice cross country) and Hansen Bros. is the best company I have used. Thank you for your professionalism.

I was originally referred to another mover and they quoted me a moving cost over twice what Hansen Bros. charged. Our move consultant Jim was fantastic--showed up at our house on a Saturday and had our move in progress within days. The movers were super friendly and took excellent care of our things. Thank you SO much. I will absolutely recommend Hansen Bros. to others. You lowered our stress during a very stressful time in our lives.

We remembered Hansen Bros as the moving company that helped us move previously and called about this move after an unfortunate experience with another mover. The crew was expert and excellent, we hope to not have to move again, but if we do we'll be calling Hansen Bros!

It was a difficult move and Arsen and Brian did a great job with hoisting the armoire to the top floor.

Somehow my contract slipped through the cracks and my pickup was not on the schedule. However, Jim of the Lynnwood office was extraordinary in arranging to make it happen within a few hours!!! My hat is off to his ability to stay calm, focused and courteous through it all!!
