Thank you Trey and Tony for the super job and patience with me when I changed my mind, a few times, on where to place the furniture!

My movers Arsen and Cameron were great! They showed up on schedule, were clean and courteous, and sympathetic to my situation. They deserve an "Atta-Boy"!!!!!!

We got great service from Joseph and Mike, who administered our move, and from movers Arsen and Cameron. Even though our move request involved only five pieces of furniture, the staff and movers treated us with thorough professionalism. We were especially grateful that Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage accommodated our last minute request to move the fifth piece of furniture, a hutch/buffet. Arsen and Cameron were extremely careful and thorough in handling and wrapping all items. Once again we're pleased with your terrific service, and we'll call on Hansen Brothers when the need next arises.

I knew I was in good hands as soon as Lisa came to my house to give me an estimate. She was absolutely delightful, and really put me at ease with the entire "move" process. She is a gem, and is a large part of why I ultimately chose Hansen Bros to move me. Also, the movers that came out were great - very professional, friendly, courteous, careful and fast. They did a superb job and not 1 thing was damaged or even scratched. I even had boxes of delicate antique crystal glasses, and not one of them even had a chip.

For both the in-house moves, the movers came at 8:30 though I had been told between 11 & 3. Both times they adjusted and came back at the promised time. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Commendations to Misters Zach & Corey for being professional, friendly, prompt,neat, careful, courteous, receptive, helpful, good natured, a joy to work with. They are shining jewels in the Hansen Bros. crown!

This is the 6th time I have used Hansen Bros. That should say it all!

Brian the sales consultant was so efficient and friendly. Your crew were amazing! We were so impressed that I have recommended you to my sister who is moving in a months time. Our builder had heard of you guys too and had told us that you are one of the best. Thank you for making a stressful situation fabulous!

My movers were great, but they got lost and I was charged $100 more than the estimate I was given because of the time spent on the road. I indicated it was a new address and hard to find, and was available to give directions. I don't feel it was fair that I was charged over for their drive time. Can I be reimbursed? Other than that, I had a great experience. The movers were very careful and courteous, and it was easy to work with Hansen Bros. Thank you!

It was exceptional service. Only one issue, but wasn't a big deal. When I called to schedule I think it was Bruce, set it up, but then had me call another person (Rick) I think...to confirm time and the rest. I think it would be easier if I only had to contact Hansen Brothers once. Rick was busy so we played phone tag. But the service was exceptional with the movers!
