Good service and easygoing crew. One mirror didn't get reattached to the chest of drawers and they left a tool which we used to finish the job after they left. On the whole we felt they met our expectations.

I’ve worked with Hansen Bros. twice moving my dad, once from his home to long term storage and then from long term storage to a new retirement community a year later. Both times were amazing experiences both setting it up and with the drivers who did the moving. I can’t say enough about this company and sing their praises every chance I get. I will always recommend and use Hansen Bros. for moving and long-term storage. They are so easy to set up via both phone and email and were so helpful during a stressful time with an elderly parent. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend them!

Excellent experience!

We had a complicated move. We were moving out for a remodel. Some things were being moved to the den, some to the garage, some to the rental house, and some to a separate bay in the garage for donation. There were a bunch of logistics to manage. The crew did a great job of managing everything. They were courteous and respectful of our wishes. And they were able to fit everything into their respective areas.

The moving crew did a terrific job, and I really appreciate the smoothness of the entire experience. They made a stressful time much easier.

I was very pleased with the initial visit/estimate and the final move/outcome. Very professional, careful and communicates well with the client.

Overall experience was excellent. Minor damage to one master bedroom side table. Suggestion - when crewperson packs kitchen, labeling the content of the boxes would be of GREAT help in unpacking.

All movers and packers worked hard and were courteous throughout. Packed on a Monday and moved on a Tuesday. Complex move was completed and crew stayed on until they were done.
