Did a great job! Everyone was very helpful from setting up appointments to packing to moving the boxes.

I really appreciated that the move was made in the hours (10 to 2pm) I requested--were best for me and had traffic conditions to make the move faster than at other times. Although Will told me at first, that the move would be during those hours. Then, dispatcher Rich told me the day before the move that the hours of the move had changed to 2:30 to 5. I was disappointed and told him so. BUT, the next day, the drivers called me at 11:30 that they were on their way! I was so pleased. They completed the move in the 2.5 hours that Will had estimated. Also, the movers had to rearrange the furniture twice to get it to fit in my storage unit. It was a hot day and they kept their good humor about the hassle. Love Hansen Bros! Marian

Hansen Bros. made my move go very smoothly. The whole experience was easy. From the first call for the estimate to the final move went very smoothly. The crew of men that moved my things were very respectful and efficient. I especially liked how they protected my walls and floors during the process. This is the second time that I’ve used Hansen Bros., and I will use them again for my next move.

We used a "less professional" service on our last move and the difference was night and day. The Hansen Bros. team was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had some areas that weren't as far along as planned, and the flexibility was much appreciated. It was also a very hot day and just overall appreciated the team, their attitudes, and ability to get it done.
