Hansen Bros. helped my mom move on short notice (less than a week). Gabriel and crew were very careful and thoughtful with moving furniture and placing them where my mom wanted without hesitation. They even rolled out the red carpet! They also removed furniture we no longer needed and took them to the dump. The only snafu was a bed frame left behind. When called, the response was immediate and someone came to pick it up in less than an hour. My family is grateful for such great help, whether it was with estimates, scheduling, moving, or the unexpected! Thank you, Hansen Bros!

Oh, if you wish personal service and they remember your name, etc. I am really impressed. I love and feel they do the best storage and service.

I very much appreciated the wardrobe boxes provided for move and that the crew disassembled and reassembled bed frame, mirror, etc. The care and service provided by the crew (Deysi, Alfredo, Joel) was particularly great.

The guys were great. So courteous and completely willing to organize my belongings how I wanted them. Great job!

Brad was very helpful in identifying early move date. Josh and Outhai were superb in timeliness and care. Josh remembered he had helped us on earlier move.

Josh, our lead mover, was extraordinary and so were two of the other movers. And the first day, a very nice woman helped pack up and did a terrific job, also in the extraordinary category. The next day, one mover didn't work nearly as hard as his co-workers and audibly sighed when asked to move something. And he did not put boxes in the correct place, even when they were clearly marked. But he was the exception. The others were considerate and capable. All-in-all it was a very well handled move, calm, professional and well-done. Highly recommend (although I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon!)

Paula, our initial contact w/sales person was great. The laborers worked very hard and quickly, and they were professional, friendly, and thoughtful. One suggestion: Do a walkthrough with the client, and check every space after packing. Don't skip a walk-through after the loading. After, the initial packing, I found a complete double cabinet that was not packed, a drawer in the bathroom, and a box under the sink.

Hansen Bros. has been the most transparent, communicative, and punctual company I've ever received a service from. I was honestly nervous about working with a moving company for my long-term storage needs, but Hansen Bros. made it so easy, that I have no doubts that my belongings are safe with them, and will refer business to them as often as I can. Thank you so much for the assistance - I hope to do more business with you in the future.
