Dallas, Neil, and Mike did a fantastic job with our move. They were incredibly fast and efficient, but also took care with all of our items. Not a single piece was damaged in the slightest. I only found two spots on the walls requiring a quick magic eraser cleanup; pretty amazing for moving a whole house up and down multiple flights of stairs. Will definitely use Hansen Bros. for any future moves.

Dallas and his crew were very professional. Beyond courteous and so fast. We have used you 4 times in the last 8 years. We will always recommend your company. And would only use you guys for our future moves. Hopefully not any time soon…no offense. We bought a house this time. Hoping to stay put! Thank you for another positive experience!

Very efficient, professional and friendly service.

Our moving team was Mike R., Michael B., and Ben C. They were very professional, friendly, had a great attitude, careful, took on an exceptionally difficult task of moving a very heavy executive desk which involved removing a door to get it in. They moved quickly and were upbeat the entire time. They made us feel very comfortable. I would give them a 10 and an A+

The office staff was friendly, clear, informative, and responsive. I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and care of the whole moving team. Team members were highly experienced and coordinated well together. At the end of our move, I am delighted to find no damage whatsoever. The whole move was well planned and executed. Very impressive!

Zack and his crew, Kenny, Ray, & David were very accommodating and helpful during our move. They were quick and efficient during loading and unloading. The entire two days of transporting my items from Bainbridge to Seattle could not have gone better from my perspective. Ray even helped move a few boxes and small desk to my storage unit in the buildings garage. Nice! To a person their attitudes were upbeat and pleasant. And, bonus—my move came in under budget. I would hire Hansen Bros. again in heartbeat.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We greatly appreciated having someone come out to give us an estimate and the follow-up a week before a few days before. The movers (John M, Wilfredo and Jasiah) showed up early, were extremely friendly and efficient. This is the first time we've hired movers and it made this experience less stressful.

I would urge you to enable the field leads to be enabled with Square or something similar and maybe a tablet so your company could be paperless.

The guys were efficient and fast, they were able to make the move in less time than was allocated so my bill was less than the estimate. Very cool on your part.

Dave A. was always very responsive and helpful. John S. answered my questions just as fast – they really make customer service a priority. The crews on both ends of the move were excellent. Both crews were led by Neil. He was quick/efficient, friendly and we really appreciated his efforts. Only thing I wish you guys would do is come by in ?? days to pick up boxes and packing paper! Otherwise, awesome work, thank you.
