The entire experience was very professional. This move was very emotional for my parents and it was a blessing to not have to worry about the moving company. The movers did an exceptional job. At both the old house and the new house. They were very professional and took excellent care with the items they moved. I would highly recommend Hansen to anyone.

Hire Hansen Bros. if you want a professional, positive, and STRONG moving team. We originally hired another firm to move us from Seattle to Lake Oswego, OR. The first moving company brought a too-small truck, and simply refused to move our large furniture items. We called Hansen Bros to pick up the pieces. The difference between the first company and Hansen was night and day. The Hansen Bros. workers were STRONG, with great attitudes, and obviously had a lot of experience dealing with large and heavy furniture items. Additionally, they were cheerful and solutions-oriented. Moving is very stressful, and it helps so much to have a confident moving team who is going to deal with unexpected glitches and make everything work. Hansen Bros. was that team for us.

Dave A. was non-judgmental, respectful, and responded quickly to my questions. The moving crew showed up at 7:45am, almost an hour earlier than we expected, but they got things moved and were gone by 2:15pm, so the day began and ended earlier than we expected and we were happy. The crew manager was especially friendly and helpful.

Hansen Bros. did a great job with our recent move. The crew was on time, friendly and very careful with our stuff. The move out of our hose was challenging with multiple stairs, but they stayed positive...I don't know where they get the energy! I really appreciate their work ethic and speed!

Zach, Ray, David, and Tanner were just super. They treated my belongings with the utmost respect. They moved quickly and carefully. They were very professional too. Dave A. was also extremely helpful and flexible in establishing my move. Even when I picked up used boxes at the warehouse, the service was exceptional. I would hands-down recommend Hansen Bros.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received, from the visit for the quote to the actual move. The guys that did the move were professional, but also super friendly. I can't believe they didn't hit a single wall, lots of turns in my new house! They were super patient when I was feeling a little overwhelmed, they all had such a positive attitude. When I got to the end of my move and had just my large furniture items left, I broke down and spent the money on movers (my first time). The team at Hansen was really helpful and responsive -- and best of all, able to fit me in quickly. The movers showed up right on time, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. I am so glad I went ahead and worked with Hansen Bros.!
