Really appreciated the crews respectful, professional work, patience with us and friendliness with our kids!

I was extremely pleased with the crew that showed up at my home to load the truck. They were right on time and they worked straight through until they finished. I was amazed at what they can do. They took great caution with all of my furniture to make sure nothing would be harmed. I was surprised they got my place empty so quickly. All of my furniture and boxes were delivered to a storage unit the next day and while I couldn't be there, my brother-in-law represented me. He was skeptical that it would all fit, but they managed beautifully and I certainly am not wasting any space, they did a great job getting everything in and very neatly placed inside the unit. Even my brother-in-law was amazed at how good of a job they did and it didn't take them long. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros,- you can't go wrong!

100% would recommend Hansen Bros. to all of our family, friends, and even strangers! We had an exceptional experience from start-to-finish. In particular, John M., Brian S., & Mike R. were OUTSTANDING movers. They consistently bent over backwards to ensure they were careful with our large items, disassembled/assembled them swiftly and perfectly, and were particularly cautious and delicate in moving our upright acoustic piano – that was quite the bear in terms of weight – and extremely priceless to our family. Moving the piano down nearly 2 flights of stairs and then ensuring the piano was not damaged was a huge feat, one they did beautifully. At the last minute, they were also able to move a 300-pound, wooden desk that we will forever be grateful for.

All 3 of these men worked so hard and were so kind and fun to work with in addition. Kindness makes a huge difference these days during COVID, and we were so pleased with our experience with them, they made the Hansen Bros. company beyond proud.

John M., Brian S., and Mike R. deserve a huge raise for their efforts and professionalism, this company is extremely blessed to have them! Dave A. was also over-the-top professional & spot-on with our assessment, easy to work with, and we shared laughs and fun over our shared history with Kennedy high school. We felt like Hansen Bros. was an extension of our family – all thanks to these first-rate team members!

Overall very happy with our move, our second with Hansen Bros. However, there were a couple of hiccups; 1) the crew missed a few items in the kitchen cabinets including baby bottles, cups and other non-cleaning/chemical items. We spent about 20 minutes packing up those items after the move. In fairness, there were some cleaning items mixed in there, which we agreed beforehand could not be packed, but the other items should not have been left behind. 2) Labeling of boxes was inconsistent. It would have made unpacking much easier had they consistently labeled and marked boxes. With two young children, quickly finding essential items is really important when unpacking.

From start to finish, an extraordinary experience. I hired Hansen Bros. for my move on the strength of my daughter's recommendation for speed and efficiency of service. Even with elevated expectations, my experience proved to be similar as my daughter's. It begins with the confidence I felt with Pete at Sales re: estimates, parking barriers, etc., follow-ups with John. On moving day, Team Tyler, Neil, and Jacob arrived early with sunny dispositions. For the next several hours between our old and new places, this team worked methodically with utmost care with my belongings. Moving need not be stressful if one's movers don't add to such.
