Fast, efficient, and friendly service.

I just wanted to say that my two main contacts……Nicole N. and Scott who was in charge of the crew were both excellent. Nicole was so friendly and professional and her estimate was practically right on the money! Scott did an excellent job………the crew was fast and efficient and Scott always was in touch with me and a great communicator. I called Hansen Bros. because I had a good experience with you nine years ago when I moved here from Normandy Park, You were the first ones I wanted to call for this move as well. Josh R., Gabriel A., James K., and Dan G. were all so great! Very patient and gracious through a load up that we should have been better prepared for. They were calm, always had a suggestion and did a great job getting as much as possible on the truck. I told Josh that I had lost a valuable earring in the master and to please keep an eye out for it when they moved that furniture. It didn’t show up but as the unwrapped the dresser in the new house it fell out. They brought it out to me, I think as happy as I was! Such genuinely nice guys. Really going the extra step and I very much appreciated their efforts. This move has been hard for us. We had been in our home for 41 years and aren’t as young as we once were. Your crew could not have done a better job making this happen for us.

We've used Hansen Bros. three times and have been very satisfied every time. They understand the stress of moving and work hard to stay on schedule. The teams are careful, hardworking and timely. Our last move (completely 2 weeks ago) finished up a half day early. We were thrilled. Highly recommend and will be using again.

We needed to do our local move in two stages, in part because of downsizing due to age and a large library to be kept. This included 3,000 books and 16 bookcases. My son and I packed the books, having done this multiple times previously over the past 50 years, Hansen Bros. employees loaded books and shelves with care, efficiency, and in less time than quoted. Those who helped and deserve kudos were Mike R., John M., and Nick H. Our Relocation Consultant, David A. served us well. My wife and I are happy we chose Hansen Bros.

I believe a box marked fragile was dropped during the move as several bowls in that box were broken. All other items arrived in tact.

Antonio, Jason & Junior were excellent in all aspects of our move. Friendly, extremely careful, great attitudes & tireless, they worked non-stop. They each made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted it. We really appreciate the hard work from all three. My mom used Hansen Bros. as her movers on a number of occasions, always a positive experience. Now it was my turn to enlist Hansen Bros.for the easiest move i have ever had. We would like to thank Paula (our consultant) , Antonio, Jason and Junior (the friendly hard working and careful movers) for providing excellent service and support. I highly recommend Hansen Bros. for your moving and storage needs.

Everyone was friendly, professional and went out of their way to help make our move as stress free as possible. They were able to disassemble and then reassemble all of the larger pieces of furniture for us. The amount of time and stress saved by hiring professionals to move our furniture was well worth it. The fact they were also friendly, professional and that it came in a little under budget made it an even better choice! I highly recommend.

I was thoroughly pleased with the moving services from Hansen Bros. of Seattle. They packed our household items and moved it all to a storage facility. They were very careful with all the packing and moving. Their sales rep, Dave A. was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We've used your company a few times. The move went well, but there were a few problems. First, the sales person told us the dressers would not be unpacked and they were. This has happened twice. It would be nice if we were told they were going to be unpacked so we could remove personal items. Second, the packing was not staffed appropriately. The team was overwhelmed by the job and didn't finish the first day, putting the rest of our move at risk. I spoke to George and he was very helpful and concerned that we stick to the schedule, which I appreciated very much. The next day we had 6 guys and things started moving more quickly. The actual move was smooth and quick. All the guys worked hard and stayed focused on their jobs. We appreciate that. They took very good care of our belongings. We move every 2-3 years and will be using your company for our next move. Thanks!
