Super timely, professional and easy to deal with from the first phone call. I had them pack up a house and move to their storage. The crew came on time and was really nice, professional and courteous. They worked hard from the moment they showed up and did a great job. They now have our belongings in your storage, and I am looking forward to working with them on the interstate move coming up.

Careful, quick, courteous, professional, and did I mention careful😉. They even found our house on the first try which is unusual for any but a postal delivery. The salesperson listened when I said small truck because we live down a one lane two-way street with a steep narrow driveway. As a consequence, the guys were able to maneuver down and then turn around and go up without driving over a sprinkler head in the garden that UPS drives over every Christmas season. They carried two large pieces of queen size bed and were able to flip them over the bannister without chipping paint, knocking off a wall hanging or breaking a single glassybaby on the window sill. If ever there was a test, they passed with flying colors. Thank you. My team of movers were Mike R., Chris T., and Nick H.

I used Allied in Mason and Kitsap Counties, and Hansen Bros. is affiliated with them. I called, was helped by a fantastic estimator, Paula, and the three man moving team was awesome. This move was to move my 83 yr old mother to Foundation House in Northgate. You moved her 20 years ago to this condo and you came recommended by the staff at Foundation House. During this time of COVID-19 your crew was able to move all the items in a very timely fashion while fulfilling the extra requirements of Foundation House. The crew arrived on time, worked very hard and loaded quickly. The unload was also very quick and assisted us by removing some of the specialty boxes we had used, Thank you and I will recommend and use your company again. -Rich P.
