Thank you Hansen Bros! I called very last minute for a local move and storage of an oversized item (dining table and 8 chairs) that I wasn't going to be able to relocate to a 3rd floor apartment. I was accommodated IMMEDIATELY which, to be honest, was not an expectation on my end, but a wonderful gift of grace. Thank you to the whole team for phenomenal customer services and great experiences from start (Riley) to finish (Andrew, Jordan, Mark and Tracy). I am so appreciative for all your help and professionalism. Absolute great experience with Hansen Bros. I was very nervous about the moving process and saw many videos online about bad experiences people have had with different moving companies, but Hansen Bros is the way to go if you don’t want to worry about anything. Their communication and attention to detail made me feel at ease about moving across state lines. I can’t express how happy we are with how the move went and hope others experience the same thing. Thank you to Ryan and his crew for turning my biggest stress into the easiest part of the moving process.

This is the second time (15 yrs ago first time) we hired your company. Nicole was our initial contact both times. Having an employee with you that long, speaks volumes. She is amazing! The crew for both days, led by Steve were amazing, too. Everyone is professional, on time, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and so very helpful during this stressful time for us. Hansen Bros. did an excellent job. In packing, moving, and unpacking us. The workers were professional and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Hansen Bros. with any moving or storage job.

Hansen Bros. is simply the best. I've used their moving and storage services for 40 years. For my current move, both my wife and I had medical issues come up during moving prep - we lost many days & were seriously behind on packing. Hansen Bros sent extra people & finished the packing in half a day. They really came through for us.

From start to finish, our move & storage process with Hansen Bros has been amazing. Our sales person, David, came out to our house to put together a detailed moving and storage estimate (which no other company did!) and was transparent, friendly and provided helpful tips throughout the process.

Once the move was scheduled, the operations manager, Ron, kept me up to date on all the logistics which was critical with all the moving pieces. On the day of the move, the crew (Josh, Sam, Alfredo and Victor) were courteous, professional, hard-working and communicative.

Our items are in their storage facility for the next 6-12 months, and we look forward to (and feel confident in) having Hansen Bros. move our items back into our remodeled home.
