Josh R., Sam O., and Jorge R. gave me amazing customer service!! They were efficient, friendly, empathetic and polite!! They not only moved my items from one location to another, they placed my belongings where I asked them too. Josh R. had carpentry skills and dismantled my round oak table and put it back together at my new home. He even put my bed skirt on before he laid down my mattress! John was so amazing estimating, scheduling my move and answering all the questions that I had. he gave me good value for my money!! He even answered my call when he was still on vacation! Ron was also amazing, reassuring and flexible. All your employees were very professional. Your company is very lucky to have such dedicated employees. I will definitely recommend your company to others!

Nowadays when you sign up for a service or make a reservation you get bombarded with texts and emails from the company. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to have no extra or unnecessary communication from your team. Every time you reached out there was a purpose related to our move. This absolutely makes the moving experience less stressful so I would recommend you to others for sure! Please never change that about your business model/marketing!

Your crew were great and that was better than I have ever experienced from a moving company. They had great leadership and direction from crew leader. They were helpful and communicated well. They worked hard efficiently and were careful and considerate. The level of comfort they gave me was the main thing your company should be proud of.

Looked up Move managers, saw the service with Hansen Bros., and thought I could trust their long experience. Moving crew were very hard workers and did an excellent job. Couldn't have done it without them.

Truly professional, on time helpful over and above from the first phone call to the logistics of the move and the guys who handled the furniture. They were all a pleasure to work with and alleviated a lot of the stress that goes with moving.
