Keving and Baldi (?) were extremely friendly, efficient, and careful with our belonings. This was as close to a perfect furniture-moving experience as we've ever had, both the pick-up and the delivery.I would gladly recommend Hansen Bros Moving to friends and family.

You guys were awesome ! Never been pleased by such extraordinary service. Two caveats though:1. You guys showed up early. My move in was scheduled for 9 but you guys showed up at 8:30.2. You guys charged me for loading the truck with whatever you tools. I was not aware of that. I agreed to pay only for travelling time.

It took awhile connecting with Joe to schedule. He did a good job once we connected. The actual movers were quick and careful.Sally

This move was much easier than the last 4 I have done. I appreciate the crew's willingness to finish the job on time.

There was some confusion...as soon as the crew arrived and we were filling out documents--they asked that I sign a change order for overtime...needless to say this was unacceptable--they had just arrived...after further discussion with the dispatcher and the sales person the issue was resolved, but it did put some unhealthy tension between the crew and myself right off. This communication issue should be mitigated in the future...

Move was quick, easy, and final cost came in under the estimate. The movers were awesome, very nice guys and very professional. Would definitely recommend again.
