The move went great and the movers were very friendly and did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that we were told the night before that they would be leaving for Duvall at 8 am (arriving between 8:45 and 9:15). They did not arrive until 9:50am and I have a hard time believing it takes 2 hours to get from Newcastle/Bellevue to Duvall. This extra time caused the move to go into overtime and the cost being a lot higher than we originally anticipated. It would have been nice for a call saying that they were leaving the original location so there wasn't any question of timing.

The 3 men that moved my belonging, were super fast. They showed detailed attention maneuvering around corners and stairways. If I ever moved again I will definitely use your company. This was the best mvoing experience I've ever had. Thanks so much, David G.

Jake, Justin and Jonathan were great, from beginning to end. They were prompt, courteous, professional, hard-working, careful and focused. I could not have asked for a more positive experience during a move - a time that is very stressful. My wife and I are really pleased with the way the move went. We couldn't be happier with the value Hansen Bros. provided.

Lisa failed to get the moving date changed from the date at bid time (Weds) to Monday even though she sent me several emails (I have them) saying that Monday was now the scheduled day. When the truck did not show up, I called and Mike said I was scheduled for Weds. He did hustle and get a crew and a truck and the crew was great and move when well. But that was a very big error on Lisa's part and the closing day on the house I was moving from was Monday.
