Bruce was professional over the phone and timely with the paperwork and confirmation. Rich answered the phone at the end of the week when I reconfirmed my 8am start.Taylor Isabell did a great job of coordinating things after what seemed to be a Hansen scheduling glitch in the morning (late start). He and Steven Sykes started this big job and kept up a good attitude throughout. Taylor got a third man, Blake Walthall, later in the day to help finish the work. Great energy! It was not an easy job, either, so I really hand it to all three men.Hansen Brothers is more expensive than other companies, I think, but it went smoothly and that's what matters in the long run.Thanks again!

The crew was Arsen, Sam, Seven, and John. They were not only courteous, but also humorous, and they finished the job in much less time than anticipated, so we saved money too! We had many, many stairs at our old home, and they took them all in stride.

One small issue - I indicated my in-laws were moving to Northgate Plaza. The address for one of the other Merrill Gardens was put on the forms - I did not catch the error when I signed the estimate. Not a big deal, but it did add a small amount of time to the move. Suggest the actual address is requested when dealing with assisted living moves as there can apprently be more than one facility owned by the same organization. Otherwise, everything was superb. You can tell I'm a satisfied customer; I just wanted to mention that Arsen and John did a great job moving my furniture into the basement. They handled everything carefully, didn't need any supervision, and got the job done very quickly. I'll be calling soon to have the furniture moved back into the house, now that the floors are done. Thanks!

Our salesperson was very helpful and gave a good quote for the work to be completed however we did not get great response from him when I tried to contact him. He did apologize and was always professional but better communication would help. As for the moving crew James Stoner and John Barger they were AWESOME! They worked very quickly and methodically to make our move very smooth. I would LOVE to request them when I make my next move! They deserve credit for making me want to use Hansen Bros. again.

This is the third move that I have used Hansen Brothers for, and since you did a good job for me on the previous two I didn't even bother calling around for quotes from other companies. One hears so many stories of shysters in the moving business, I'd rather stick with folks that I trust.
