The entire moving experience was exceptional. Bruce, John, Jake and Cameron were beyond great. However, your practice of basically charging for ONE ENTIRE HOUR before the crew even arrives to begin the move is completely unacceptable and should be illegal! Otherwise, thanks for a superb job.

I've used Hansen Bros for two moves, and I've been completely satisfied with service both times. The movers were fast, diligent and careful!!!! I have already highly recommended Hansen Bros. to several people. A lot of moving companies are slow and take extra time over-packing your items. I appreciate the fact that the movers were careful of my stuff, but they were also very efficient. For that reason, I will use Hansen Bros again and recommend the moving company to my friends.

I was informed by our movers that someone would contact me this week in regards to the damages done to the house by the movers.

The two workers who moved me were great at figuring out problems, helping me to make decisions, soothing my natural worries. And they worked so hard and quickly! You are indeed lucky to have these personnell. -Susanne

The sales consultant did not return my calls or emails regarding setting up the person that was going to make crates for some of my paintings. His excuse was that he had called the gentleman numerous times. When I called direct and spoke with Vicki she got it done quickly within a few hours. The crew damaged some of my walls, and a few pieces of legs on expensive furniture because they dragged it on the floor when positioning to lift and lower. Otherwise the crew were very nice and got the job done satisfactorily.

Everyone did such a great job--I'll never use anyone else. Thanks to all!
