This was a small move that was complicated by my being out of town. I learned Hansen has at least three locations that manage moves. All of the pieces came together and I am very grateful.

Tim and Nate were very respectful of my elderly parents and their belongings. They took the time necessary for my folks to make decisions.They (Tim & Nate) were well groomed and well mannered.This team is a credit to your company and its image.

Recommended by Aegis of Shoreline. Crew arrived exactly on time at 8:30 and finished loading the truck at 9:30. They arrived at the first drop-off site (Aegis Shoreline) about 10:00 and were finished setting up the bed and dresser by 11:15. They even moved a chair from the living room to the bedroom for us because we changed our mind. (Small thing, but greatly appreciated.)They finished delivery, including a piano, at the second drop-off site and were done at 12:15.The first two employee ratings above were also outstanding (thank you, Scott), but I was extremely impressed with the crew and wanted to give them higher marks.Overall experience: superb! Everything was awesome, except I feel like I got charged an extra hour of time. I have an email out to Bruce Crabtree and am awaiting his reply. No issues with Bruce, he was fabulous, the crew was hard working and great...just not sure how he calculated time...

This moving crew was especially outstanding in every way: efficient, careful, pleasant, polite, worked well together, fast moving, knew what they were doing - to sum up, it should be apparent at this point that we were highly pleased.

Slight scheduling glitch left me less than happy. That's the only thing I would not wish to repeat.

I expected more proffesionalism from your company; it started with not getting a return phone call from the salesperson to having one member of the crew disappear for a couple of hours before returning to tell crew lead he was leaving due to being sick only to start feeling better and staying.

I called and left a message to dispute a half charge and my call was not returned. The movers (Tim and Niko) were great!

Kenny, Jay and John were great.Very professional and happy to working with each other. They were in and out in a short period of time with no fuss.Great work! We want to have this same crew in late 2012 to move us into our new home. Steve
