It started with an excellent initial meeting with Nicole Bates — she was terrific — super informative and knowledgeable and a great demeanor to boot—she is awesome and has promptly answered all our texts and emails—excellent employee! The great service continued with the movers Eduardo, Carlos, and Tony—all super nice and very hardworking—very respectful of our home and items to move as well—A++++! Great experience during a stressful time in our life—we would recommend Hansen Bros. to anyone looking for a reliable moving and storage service.

Alfredo A. and David E. helped us with our move today and I cannot recommend them enough! Our stuff was in a POD that needed to be packed into a moving van and driven about 20 minutes to our new apartment as the complex didn't allow POD delivery. What would have probably taken us days took them 3 hours - and they worked so quickly and efficiently. They were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to be around during this "stressful" day. They even offered to help us with some additional things that we had planned on taking care of ourselves. Since we're new to the area, there's a lot we're having to handle right now and we are so, so thankful we chose Hansen Bros. to help us with this. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Our move was so smooth because Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage were so good at what they do. The people we worked with did everything possible to make our move go well. They were courteous and helpful. Everything was moved efficiently and the follow-up was thorough. We did not have a storage locker for a short period of time and when were given a locker at our residence they were quick to get the articles to us quickly and in good shape. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving out of their home after having lived there for a long time because they are helpful in recommending services that help older people making this kind of life change.

Exceptional service provided by last names: Escamilla (Daisy & David), Alvario, Mbondo, Butler, Ramos, and Bleid - 3-person crew for packing and 5-person crew for our move from Seattle to Woodinville. They move both quickly and carefully, were so kind to our family and fun to work with, and completed the job flawlessly. We've recommended Hansen Bros to our Seattle Real Estate Broker to recommend to her other clients as they move. Daisy was our primary point of contact on pack & move day and she was an absolute pleasure. No complaints!
